Corpus-Based Georgian Dictionaries

Abstract

The paper discusses those recently published Georgian dictionaries which thatare entirely corpus-based. They were compiled within the project “Saba” specially for the Frankfurt Book Fair 2018. The concept of the dictionaries
was developed at the State Language Department under Marina Beridze’s supervision. The development involved several language experts from the Department as well as from TSU Arnold Chikobava Institute of Linguistics.
