სინის მთის ძველ, ცნობილ მონასტერს, რომელსაც ჯებელ მუსას – მოსეს მთის ძირას აღუმართავს მრავალსაუკუნოვანი კედლები, აქვს ბიბლიოთეკა, რომელიც ერთ-ერთი უმდიდრესი და ამავე დროს ყველაზე ძნელად ხელმისაწვდომია ბერძნული და ქრისტიანული აღმოსავლეთის ქვეყნების კოლექციებს შორის.
